§ 143‑151.48. Election of officers; meetings of Board.

(a)        Officers. – Within 30 days after making appointments to theBoard, the Governor shall call the first meeting of the Board. The Board shallelect a chair and a vice‑chair who shall hold office according to rulesadopted by the Board.

(b)        Meetings. – The Board shall hold at least two regularmeetings each year as provided by rules adopted by the Board. The Board mayhold additional meetings upon the call of the chair or any two Board members. Amajority of the Board membership constitutes a quorum. (1993 (Reg. Sess., 1994), c. 724, s. 1.)
