§ 143‑177. Rightto receive gifts.
In order to carry out the purposes of this Article, the Board isauthorized to acquire by gift or will, absolutely or in trust, fromindividuals, corporations, or any other source money or other property, or anyinterests in property, which may be retained, sold or otherwise used to promotethe purposes of this Article. The use of gifts shall be subject to suchlimitations as may be imposed thereon by donors, notwithstanding any otherprovisions of this Article. (1969, c. 1104, s. 8.)
