§ 143‑194. Reportto General Assembly.
The Governor and Council of State shall make a report in writing to theGeneral Assembly, not later than the tenth day of each regular or specialsession thereof, stating the nature and amount of all receipts and disbursementsfrom the said fund and the amount contained in said fund, and giving anitemized statement of all investments made as herein authorized, which reportshall be spread upon the journals of the Senate and House of Representatives.
