§ 143‑215.61. Floodplain management.
The provisions of this Part shall not preclude the imposition byresponsible local governments of land use controls and other regulations in theinterest of floodplain management for the 100‑year floodplain. (1971, c. 1167, s. 3; 2000‑150, s. 1.)
