§ 143‑249. Transfer of personnel.
Upon July 1, 1947, the Division of Game and Inland Fisheries of theNorth Carolina Department of Conservation and Development shall cease to existand all employees of said Division shall continue as employees of the Commissionat their option or until further action by the Commission.
