§ 143‑260.10G. Removal of land in Crowders Mountain State Park from the State Nature andHistoric Preserve.
(a) Notwithstanding the provisions of G.S. 143‑260.10(6),the portion of that certain tract or parcel of property at Crowders MountainState Park in Gaston County, Crowders Mountain Township, described in Deed Book1240, Page 451, and containing 225 square feet and as shown in a survey byR&W Engineering and Surveying entitled "Conveyance of 0.0052 acresowned by Crowders Mountain State Park, Gaston Co., NC" and dated January18, 1995, is removed from the State Nature and Historic Preserve.
(b) The property described in subsection (a) of the section isdeleted from the State Parks System pursuant to G.S. 113‑44.14.
(c) The State may only exchange this property for other propertyfor the expansion of Crowders Mountain State Park or sell this land and use theproceeds for that purpose. The State shall not otherwise sell or exchange thisland. (1995, c. 131, s. 1.)
