§ 143‑283.8. Governor's Council nonpartisan and nonprofit.
The Governor's Council shall be nonpartisan, nonprofit, and shall notbe used for the dissemination of partisan principles, nor for the promotion ofthe candidacy of any person seeking public office or preferment. (1961, c. 981; 1973, c. 476, s. 179.)
