§ 143‑318.16C. Accelerated hearing; priority.
Actions brought pursuant to G.S. 143‑318.16 or G.S. 143‑318.16Ashall be set down for immediate hearing, and subsequent proceedings in suchactions shall be accorded priority by the trial and appellate courts. (1993 (Reg. Sess., 1994), c. 570, s. 4.)
