§ 143‑462. Procedures for revocations and related actions affecting licenses.
In all proceedings, the effect of which would be to revoke, suspend,deny, or withhold renewal of a license issued under Part 3 or Part 4 of thisArticle, or to deny permission to take an examination for such a license, theprovisions of Chapter 150B of the General Statutes shall be applicable.
