§ 143‑506.9. Cooperation of agencies.
The General Assembly encourages, to the fullest extent possible, allState agencies to review their existing policies, procedures and regulations tobring them into conformity with the provisions of this Balanced Growth Policy. (1979, c. 412, s. 4.)
