§143A‑14. Creation of new departments by executive order.
All departments not now inexistence which this Chapter directs to be created shall be made operative byexecutive order of the Governor; provided that all new departments shall beactivated by executive order not later than July 1, 1972. (1971,c. 864, s. 21.)
