§143A‑33. Local Government Commission; transfer.
The Local GovernmentCommission, as contained in Article 1 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutesand the laws of this State, is hereby transferred by a Type II transfer to theDepartment of State Treasurer. (1971, c. 864, s. 6.)
