§ 143A‑38.1. The Law‑EnforcementOfficers' Benefit and Retirement Fund; transfer.
The Law‑EnforcementOfficers' Benefit and Retirement Fund, as contained in Article 12 of Chapter143 of the General Statutes and the laws of this State, is hereby transferredby a Type II transfer to the Department of State Treasurer. (1977,2nd Sess., c. 1204, s. 1.)
