§143A‑51. State Bureau of Investigation; transfer.
The State Bureau ofInvestigation, as contained in Article 4 of Chapter 114 of the General Statutesand the laws of this State, is hereby transferred by a Type I transfer to theDepartment of Justice. (1971, c. 864, s. 8.)
