§143A‑53. General Statutes Commission; transfer.
The General StatutesCommission as contained in Article 2 of Chapter 164 of the General Statutes andthe laws of this State, is hereby transferred by a Type II transfer to theDepartment of Justice. (1971, c. 864, s. 8.)
