§143A‑55.1.  North Carolina Criminal Justice Training and StandardsCouncil; transfer.

The North Carolina CriminalJustice Training and Standards Council, as created by Chapter 17A of theGeneral Statutes and laws of this State, is hereby transferred by a Type IItransfer to the Department of Justice. (1975, c. 372, s. 1.)
