§ 143A‑60. StructuralPest Control Division; transfer.
The Structural Pest ControlDivision of the Department of Agriculture, as contained in Article 4C ofChapter 106 of the General Statutes and the laws of this State, is herebytransferred by a Type II transfer to the Department of Agriculture and ConsumerServices. (1971, c. 864, s. 9; 1997‑261, s. 98.)
