The Gasoline and OilInspection Board, as contained in Article 3 of Chapter 119 of the GeneralStatutes and the laws of this State, is hereby transferred by a Type IItransfer to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. (1971,c. 864, s. 9; 1997‑261, s. 100.)
