§143A‑78.  Building Code Council; transfer.

The Building Code Council, ascontained in Article 9 of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes and the laws ofthis State, is hereby transferred by a Type II transfer to the Department ofInsurance. (1971, c. 864, s. 11.)
