§143A‑79. State Volunteer Fire Department; transfer.
The State Volunteer FireDepartment, as contained in Article 3 of Chapter 69 of the General Statutes andthe laws of this State, is hereby transferred by a Type I transfer to theDepartment of Insurance. (1971, c. 864, s. 11.)
