The Department of Cultural Resources, Office of Archives and Historyshall sign contracts for the performance of military historical dramas on State‑ownedproperty only with historical military reenactment groups properly registeredpursuant to this Part. (1981, c. 523, s. 2; 2002‑159,s. 35(j).)
