§ 143B‑139.6. Confidentiality of records.
All privileged patient medical records in the possession of theDepartment of Health and Human Services shall be confidential and shall not bepublic records pursuant to G.S. 132‑1. (1991 (Reg. Sess., 1992), c. 890, s. 20; 1997‑443, s.11A.118(a).)
