§ 143B‑273.19. Prohibited uses of funds.
(a) Counties may not use funds received under this Article tosupplant or replace existing funds or other resources from the federal, State,or county government for existing community‑based corrections programs.
(b) Counties may not use funds received under this Article forindirect costs associated with a program. (1993, c. 534; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 24, s. 14(d).)
