§ 143B‑285. Environmental Management Commission meetings.
The Environmental Management Commission shall meet at least once ineach quarter and may hold special meetings at any time and place within theState at the call of the chairman or upon the written request of at least fivemembers. (1973, c. 1262, s.22.)
