§ 143B‑297. Soil andWater Conservation Commission meetings.
The Soil and WaterConservation Commission shall meet at least quarterly and may hold specialmeetings at any time and place within the State at the call of the chair orupon the written request of at least four members. (1973, c. 1262, s. 37; 2006‑79,s. 8.)
