§ 143B‑426.16. Treasurer of the Agency.
The Board shall select its own treasurer from among the at‑ largemembers. The Board shall require a corporate surety bond of the treasurer in anamount fixed by the Board, and the premium or premiums thereon shall be paid bythe Board as a necessary expense of the Agency. (1979, c. 900, s. 1.)
