§ 143B‑437.3. Community Development Council meetings.
The Community Development Council shall meet at least semiannually andmay hold special meetings at any time and place within the State at the call ofthe chairman or upon the written request of at least a majority of the members.(1973, c. 1262, s. 50;1977, c. 198, s. 14; 1989, c. 727, s. 199.)
