§ 143B‑444. Acceptance of funds.
The North Carolina Science and Technology Research Center is authorizedand empowered to accept funds from private sources and from governmental andinstitutional agencies to be used for construction, operation and maintenanceof the Center. (1963, c. 846, s.4; 1967, c. 69; 1977, c. 198, s. 26.)
