§ 143B‑50. Dutiesof the Department.
It shall be the duty of the Department to provide the necessarymanagement, development of policy and establishment and enforcement ofstandards for the furtherance of resources, services and programs involving thearts and the historical and cultural aspects of the lives of the citizens ofNorth Carolina.
