§ 143B‑525. Juvenile facilities.
In order to provide any juvenile in a juvenile facility withappropriate treatment according to that juvenile's need, the Department shallbe responsible for the administration of statewide educational, clinical,psychological, psychiatric, social, medical, vocational, and recreationalservices or programs.
