§ 143C‑5‑1. Rulesfor the introduction of the Governor's appropriations bills.
The Current OperationsAppropriations Act recommended by the Governor and the Capital ImprovementsAppropriations Act recommended by the Governor shall be introduced by thechairs of the committee on appropriations in each house of the GeneralAssembly. This section shall be considered and treated as a rule of procedurein the Senate and House of Representatives unless provided otherwise by a ruleof either branch of the General Assembly.
