§ 143C‑5‑3. Availability statement required.
The Current OperationsAppropriations Act enacted by the General Assembly shall state the GeneralFund, Highway Fund, and Highway Trust Fund availability used as basis forappropriations from those funds. (2006‑203, s. 3.)
