§ 143C-6-3. Allotments.
§ 143C‑6‑3. Allotments.
To receive the operating fundsappropriated to it, a State agency shall submit to the Director, at intervalsand in a format prescribed by the Director, a request for an allotment of theamount estimated to be required for the agency's operating costs during theensuing fiscal period. The Director shall approve or modify the allotmentrequests, and the State Controller shall implement the allotments as approvedor modified by the Director. (2006‑203, s. 3.)
