§15‑191. Pending sentences unaffected.
Nothing in G.S. 15‑187,15‑188, and 15‑190 shall be construed to alter in any manner theexecution of the sentence of death imposed on account of any crime or crimescommitted before July 1, 1935. (1935, c. 294, s. 4.)
