§ 150B‑21.25. Paidcopies of Register and Code.
A person who is not entitled to a free copy of the North CarolinaAdministrative Code or North Carolina Register may obtain a copy by paying afee set by the Codifier of Rules. The Codifier must set separate fees for theNorth Carolina Register and the North Carolina Administrative Code in amountsthat cover publication, copying, and mailing costs. All monies received underthis section must be credited to the General Fund. (1991, c. 418, s. 1.)
