§ 153A‑133. Noiseregulation.
A county may by ordinance regulate, restrict, or prohibit theproduction or emission of noises or amplified speech, music, or other soundsthat tend to annoy, disturb, or frighten its citizens. (1973, c. 822, s. 1.)
