§ 153A‑25. Qualifications for appointiveoffice.
The board of commissioners may fix qualifications for any appointiveoffice, including a requirement that a person serving in such an office residewithin the county. The board may not waive qualifications fixed by law for anappointive office but may fix additional qualifications for that office. (1973, c. 822, s. 1.)
