§ 153A‑359. Changes in work.
After a permit has been issued, no change or deviation from the termsof the application, the plans and specifications, or the permit, except if thechange or deviation is clearly permissible under the State Building Code, maybe made until specific written approval of the proposed change or deviation hasbeen obtained from the inspection department.
