§ 153A‑367. Removing notice from condemned building.
If a person removes a notice that has been affixed to a building by alocal inspector and that states the dangerous character of the building, he isguilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. (1969, c. 1066, s. 1; 1973, c. 822, s. 1; 1993, c. 539, s. 1068; 1994,Ex. Sess., c. 24, s. 14(c).)
