Quarterly reports by the areadirector and finance officer of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, andSubstance Abuse Services area authorities or county programs shall be submittedto the county finance officer as provided under G.S. 122C‑117(c). (2006‑142, s. 3(b).)
