§ 153A‑46. Franchises.
No ordinance making a grant, renewal, extension, or amendment of anyfranchise may be finally adopted until it has been passed at two regularmeetings of the board of commissioners. No such grant, renewal, extension, oramendment may be made except by ordinance. (1973, c. 822, s. 1.)
