§ 156‑77. Accountof expenses filed.
The engineer and viewers shall keep an accurate account and report tothe court the name and number of days each person was employed on the surveyand the kind of work he was doing, and any expenses that may have been incurredin going to and from the work, and the cost of any supplies or material thatmay have been used in making the survey.
