§ 158‑8.7. Use of Statefunds.
The commissions createdpursuant to G.S. 158‑8.1, 158‑8.2, 158‑8.3, and 158‑33,the Charlotte Regional Partnership, Inc., the Piedmont Triad Partnership, andthe Research Triangle Regional Partnership, are subject to all of theprovisions of G.S. 143‑6.2. (2006‑263, s. 1.)
