§ 159‑17.1. Vending facilities.
Moneys received by a public authority, special district, or unit oflocal government on account of operation of vending facilities shall bedeposited, budgeted, appropriated, and expended in accordance with theprovisions of this Article. (1983 (Reg. Sess., 1984), c. 1034, s. 174.)
