§ 159‑63. Repealof bond orders.
A bond order may be repealed at any time before bonds or bondanticipation notes are issued thereunder. No referendum is required on therepeal of any bond order, nor is a petition for any such referendum permitted. (1971, c. 780, s. 1.)
