§ 159C‑26. Inconsistent laws inapplicable.
Insofar as the provisions of this Chapter are inconsistent with theprovisions of any general, special or local laws, or parts thereof, theprovisions of this Chapter shall be controlling. (1975, c. 800, s. 3.)
