§ 159D‑27. Inconsistent laws inapplicable.
Insofar as the provisions of this Article are inconsistent with theprovisions of any general, special or local laws, or parts thereof, theprovisions of this Article shall be controlling. (1977, 2nd Sess., c. 1198, s. 1; 2000‑179, s.2.)
