§ 15A‑1336. Compliancewith criminal case firearm notification requirements of the federal ViolenceAgainst Women Act.
The Administrative Office ofthe Courts, in cooperation with the North Carolina Coalition Against DomesticViolence and the North Carolina Governor's Crime Commission, shall develop aform to comply with the criminal case firearm notification requirements of theViolence Against Women Act of 2005.
