§ 15A‑1369.1. Authorityto release.
The Commission shall establisha medical release program to be administered by the Department. The Commissionshall prescribe when and under what conditions an inmate may be released formedical release, consistent with the provisions of G.S. 15A‑1369.4. TheCommission may adopt rules to implement the medical release program. (2008‑2, s. 1.)
