§15A‑1421. Indigent defendants.
The provisions of Chapter 7Aof the General Statutes with regard to the appointment of counsel for indigentdefendants are applicable to proceedings under this Article. The court also maymake appropriate orders relieving indigent defendants of all or a portion ofthe costs of the proceedings. (1977, c. 711, s. 1.)
